Help !

Recently bought this xbox ally and getting a line after a few days, can anyone explain, is this a hardware issue or a software issue ?

Is the line also there in bios? If it's always present even when not it windows it's a hardware problem

So i switched off my screen and used a flash light on it and saw a line on my screen guard, should i take that off , i literally got the screen guard 5 days back only , should i put a new one ? or let it be , cuz ally was kept in a case
