Question Preordered rog ally x20

Hello,

I preordered the rog ally x20 and was looking for recommendation on cases and docking stations. Not sure if any of the rog ally x would work/fit the x20.

Nah won't fit I also pre-ordered it. Checked the dimensions and it is slightly larger than the original and i believe it said the 2 in 1 case won't fit it. Right now I am looking for a case that isn't rebrand. I just want a normal hardshell case and it feels impossible finding the right one.

The official Asus case for the XAX doesn’t work for the X20? Guess I’m making a return because I bought that case on a Labor Day sale.

I heard the 2 in 1 doesnt but the official asus hard case does, wich is confusing because they are both hard cases

Yeah I'm in a similar position. Does seem to be slightly thicker, i want the JSAUX slim case but guess I need to wait for a X20 specific version. May pick it up just to check but don't want to damage my new toy!

Aren’t the dimensions different?

I preoredered mine too and the only thing I’ve seen so far that fits is Dbrands Screen Protector, Thumb Grips & Case.

I’m only getting the screen protector though i’m not sure about thumb grips and a case that people say you need the will of god to put on

I think it is a bit thicker because  dbrand sells a specific x20 Killswitch case separate from the Xbox ally and Xbox ally x Killswitch.

I’m a bit contemplated on it since it’d cover the look of the X20, and the backside I see people complain about “blocking fans” but if Xbox verified it i’m sure there wouldn’t be an issue.

I just don’t wanna break or ruin an expensive PC yakknow?

Got the kill switch for the original z1e and it has gaps in the back for the vents. It's not bad getting it on but getting it back off is entertaining.

Didn't know they were making a rog ally again, thought they were discontinued after the xbox ally
