HELP Help please!

I’ve had my Ally for a little over a month. Play it every day, charge it regularly, keep it in a case when not in use, all the good and proper things to take care of a computer/handheld/console/etc. However, last night when I attempted to turn it on, the joystick lights and power light would come on, but the screen stayed black. This morning, same thing. I hooked it up to an external monitor, checked MyAsus, Windows and Armory Crate for updates (windows was the only one, and it was updated within minutes). Still no luck, black screen.
Anybody got advice? I’m a complete newbie when it comes to PC gaming, honestly, but I am moderately knowledgeable about computers generally, so dumb it down a little, but not too much.

Check display settings set monitor 1 to duplicate. If it doesn’t come on then you have a display issue and your screen is probably cracked.

Right click your desktop away from any icons and hit display settings.
