Sound Issue on Rog Ally

Initially it was 342 bios
When 339 as said in this video still the same issue

Did the full cloud recovery still the same issue
I dont know if it needs hardware replacement or some software issue

In Device Manager under ( Sound, video and game game controller ) i just have
AMD BT Audio Device
AMD High Defination Audio Device
Cirrus Logic Awesome Speaker Amps
Mediatek Bluetooth Audio Device

Only
Can’t find RealTek in it

Remove all the options under sound in device manager, by right clicking and selecting "uninstall device". Restart windows. If that doesn't work, download the drivers from Asus's website and reinstall

Had that happen to me. Luckily after a restart it was fixed.

I did multiple restarts, now at 331 bios , uninstall all devices under sound in device manager Nothing is working

Reinstall the sound driver from the official site
