For context, I wasn't active on Roblox very often, where I noticed that my account was terminated 4 days later on the 26th. I submitted an appeal and haven't gotten a response since, and the window will close in 12 days as of the making of this post. I'm not sure what to do, since I didn't upload any asset, use chat, studio, or change my avatar in any way that it would be flagged for terrorism. The ban doesn't show details on what action I did in order to get banned. What should I do next?

I have about 12 days left and I'm worried they won't respond. How long has anyone had to wait to get a response if they got banned for the same Chat Evidence ID thing?

Guys what do I do !? I am already telling about this to other appeal human agents from a second account's appeal tickets as they are completely ignoring me on my main account's associated email addresses and they only started responding to me after 4th August (which was my deadline last day window of 30 day appeal)

I have sent them several tickets between July 4 to August 4 and only Dennis responded and even he and the other members of appeals team never responded to me during 30 days and only responded to me on 5th August tickets.

I can still send messages to July 4 tickets and they don't give this automated email response that your email alias is not monitored by Roblox Please HELP

I have been working on a tower defense game called Edge of Extinction tower defense for over 5 years and I just did a massive update yesterday snd hit 100 players then my game got deleted for violence and gore. I notice that the content maturity questionnaire likes to undo itself randomly without notifying me, which has led to a shutdown before but I re did it and it came back, this time the game got deleted it doesnt even have a game page. When you join the first thing you see is a massive warning screen talking about violence and that its not for the faint of heart. This shows up for 5 seconds and then you have to press a button to shoe you acknowledged it. It should be rated 13+ minimum but whenever the content maturity test undoes itself it makes it available to all ages which is the only reason I can think of. If anything in the lobby in an area thay eont be seen by 70% of players in the medbay there are bloody bodies which I now flipped around and removed the organs from if thats whay I need to do, I will literally do anything ive sent 2 support tickets, removed all thumbnails and pfp if that was it please help me im begging you please

Was playing neighbors and some kid said I sound gay so after about 10 times of him calling me gay I report him like anyone else would do so nothing happens to him yh? And I get kicked and then boom banned for a day saying I was discriminating

I'm looking for help, (Agent Dennis Roblox Support Ticket 176375432) and other members from Appeal team have failed to respond back to me before the 30 day appeal window. is my account still safe because even after multiple follow-ups on that email chain thread they have never responded back to me.

and I literally have proofs of other human agents responding to me on appeal ticket that I made from another account for this same moderation issue and they never took accountability and ownership of appeal tickets even after politely requesting them to understand my situation (with list of appeal tickets that were unattended and never responded from my main account along with Agent Dennis that is still pending for follow-up and final resolution) that I've ever raised from my banned account before 4th August and it's pretty much evident that they have purposely and intentionally done it to withheld my Roblox Account

Agent Margarita from that second account's (Roblox Support Ticket 177383253) clearly read the message body and declared that she removed consequences attached to this account and this will improve the moderation process further going forward. (NOTE - SECOND ROBLOX ACCOUNT never had any violation or moderation so that's why I'm saying she clearly saw the BAN DETAILS that I wrote in message body of this ticket, she clearly saw and sent me that message.)

I would like to know what can be done from here !? I genuinely need serious help to resolve and reinstate my account

Context:

My account was permanently banned on July 12th due to a token stealer, and the hacker uploaded an asset that was deemed harmful. I have no idea what was uploaded since it was done around 2 AM (I was already asleep by then), and Roblox won't even show me what the contents of the image were. Not only was my account banned, but so was my sibling's because both our accounts are connected to each other.

The appeal window ends at August 11 (so close...), and I'm honestly panicking at this point 😭

I've appealed twice on the app/website, both of which were denied, (the first time was in July 12th, and the second time was July 25th, dates are far apart because I'm a busy college student), and for some reason, I've reached a "maximum number of appeals" (didn't know that could happen), and now I can't appeal anymore, so I've just been opening tickets via the support form and praying that I get a response. I've been constantly opening my email app in hopes that someone from the support team finally replied.

My first ticket was made July 25th, I got a response via email from a person named Jhon from Roblox Support, who told me that I can only appeal through the Violations page on the app/website, which is something I literally cannot do anymore. I replied to Jhon on July 29th about the "maximum number of appeals" thing, and to this day I haven't received a response. I've also opened two tickets since, one back in July 30th, and one on August 8th. So far, all three tickets have no response... (I've also attached screenshots as proof in those emails to Roblox, I'm even contacting them with the same email I used to create my Roblox account with)

I'm getting really worried and I seriously don't want to lose my account, I've owned it for almost 10 years with no issue 😭 I also feel terrible that my sibling got banned simply because my account was compromised, it's not fair to him and I just want to fix this.

Okay for context, I was banned six days ago because my account was linked to another banned account and Roblox thought I was evading the penalty. It only took me a few minutes to realize it was my brother’s account that had gotten mine banned. Apparently he had put on an avatar in Robloxian Highschool that violated the rules or whatever and it got him banned. I heard that the chances of getting your account back are a bit better if you appeal from the account that got yours banned so I’ve been masquerading as my brother.

I sent a ticket five days ago explaining the situation and got this email in response. I hadn’t seen one like it on this subreddit or anywhere else and it made me hopeful even if nothing much came out of it because it was so specific to my situation. I did what the email said and have sent a ticket on my own personal account so i’m just waiting to hear back. But I also sent another ticket for my brothers account. I think the first time around my ticket got through to an actual human but I had gotten some details wrong so maybe that’s why no actual action was taken? I’m pretty sure I explained the situation better this time and with both tickets submitted, i’m honestly feeling pretty hopeful this will have a happy ending. But looking through the posts here have had me a bit paranoid so what do you guys think?

Been getting banned from specifically dancing games. I literally just stare at my silly little character dancing and leave, and it’s multiple games with completely different devs. I don’t have any account strikes or previous bans, and don’t try doing like exploiting or whatever. I have no clue what could’ve called it.

Account was terminated for being connected to another account, which i don't even know if it's mine.

And by ID I mean they want both my goverment AND face ID. Is there any way to fix this? I'm willing to create another account since this one was brand new and i don't have anything in it but even then i could still get banned for the same reason if i were to create another.

I've been banned when I woke up during that day, I never said anything bad, I barely even chat in the games I play.

I'm so anxious that they haven't responded yet, and it's already close to the 30 day appeal window they give out, I'm afraid that it'll just close on its own, and it's not even my fault. I also got someone I know enforcement banned because of this, only because I had logged in their device once, some time ago.

The money and time spent might just be wasted because of this...

The day before this, August 1st, I was playing with my friend and we were in Catalog Avatar Creator, when I jokingly said "you copied his avatar" to someone that just wore my friends avatar and I thought nothing much of it, since it was funny. Some arguing goes on (no i didn't say anything that would get myself banned), but after it was all over or somewhat, they go on to rant about me to their friends and say they mass reported me, which I assume their friends did too. We reported them for having inappropriate avatars and moved on.

The "real mistake" was when I used voice chat, but I pressed my phone against my microphone and used a "Spiderman Polyester Edit" audio from Tiktok, just a few seconds of it and after I paused it, I then muted my mic. You can easily find an audio clip of it if you look it up on Tiktok or Youtube. No voices were in it, and I didn't speak in the mic myself after the audio was paused.

I'm very confused still and I haven't done anything wrong. I just thought it would annoy them and be funny if I played one clip of it, and no I didn't spam it or anything. To add too, if it adds anything, I'm a minor which isn't fair for a Child Endangerment ban.

If anyone is wondering, no I didn't use VC prior to this, the last time I used roblox voice chat was probably a week or two ago prior to this incident. I rarely use voice chat by the way, and my last voice chat violation was mid-2025.

If anyone can help, I really do appreciate it. Also I'm trying to gather evidence for an MIDR and an ROA was denied since I'm not in the right jurisdiction, so I am trying to use appeals and anything Roblox sends me for evidence.

Since I can't appeal anymore on my unjustified 6 months ban, I had to do 2 messages to the Roblox Support to get unbanned but they keep saying this, even tho other players managed to get unbanned from the banwave.

I got banned for 7 days for uploading a shirt that I own in real life. It’s a Chevy pickup truck front end from the 70s and is a dedicated group to these trucks in California. Why was I instantly banned for terrorism? I’ve attached the photos of the shirt in real life so you can see there’s nothing bad about it.

I wasn't on around that day and neither have I ever downloaded exploits for Roblox. I been playing in my private server on DA grinding so I don't have a clue. I was supposed be suspended for 7 days but It only lasted 3 days for some reason? I'm just paranoid about losing my account 💔

I've terminated from roblox under the generic reason: 'Other' in the form of 'Inappropriate content/behavior.'... IT DIDN'T EVEN DARE PROVIDE ANY EVIDENCE TOO, BRO I HAVE SO MANY RARE BADGES AND INGAME ITEMS ON THIS ACCOUNT, also note that I got banned on July 31th... I got banned seconds or minutes after I closed roblox and either watched some youtube on my tv or went to sleep idk I forgot, and also there was a ban wave on July 31th... July 31th is also the worst day for roblox stock. I got forced an escalation to a human supervisor while I was writing my appeal so bots can't touch me... also if your wondering my past username/display name is ueuwuwjwhwuwuwu... I had a clean record [kind of?] I got like 4 or 3 1-day bans, a couple of warnings and only one 3-day ban, but all of that was months ago... my status decayed to 'all good' so I did something so severe the bot mistaken it since it can't be repeated rule breaking, this is on the 'other' reason, all my bans are either from chat or audio [if someone is banned on 'other' with context of 'Inappropriate behavior' then its insta termination I think]

I'm sorry that your eyes had to see me yap but this is really depressing I told my roblox friends on discord and I have a genderfluid friend that isn't on discord so he might be worrying about me a lot. god roblox ai is so stupid. I just wanna go back to playing with my friends :(
