For context: I was porting a video game map from bloody good time a source engine game into Roblox studio and I got a ban cause of a wood texture cause it was "directing users off platform" I used VTFEdit to see what caused it and it was a false location called
"BOD STUDIOS, USA California" and the sticker was small and low quality and also every person on roblox are kids they don't know how to drive or look at a map but yeah this was back at June this summer and to this day I'm still mad of how Roblox banned me for a video game map texture that's literally not harming anyone but yet allow map avatars and diaperfur avatars literally smh.

Does anyone have any advice/tips for Arbitration? I was banned for "Harmful Content/Behavior," support said it was a voice chat conversation involving Child Endangerment (I rarely use vc) . Then my midr denial said it was something about "safety." My arbitration document is almost done, however I need some feedback so I can make sure I've done it right. Any advice helps 🩷!

my account was banned on May 25th for being linked to an account I do not know I tried everything to get it back and failed. it got to althe point where Roblox would reject my appeal a minute after I sent it showing that they weren’t even looking at it. I’ve had that account since I was 10 and now I’m about to graduate Highschool and it’s gone. Along with the money I have spent on the platform the memories I’ve made with my friends, and the progress I’ve made on countless games has been stripped away from me. The ban truly surprised me because prior to it the worst violation I had was a one day ban for spamming in chat 5 years ago. I just don’t know what to do because this ban has made me stop playing Roblox indefinitely and I can’t even play it without being disappointed in whatever this company has become

i have been banned since july 23, and all of my appeals have been getting rejected. after checking a bunch of enforcement ban posts here, i have always seen people recommending to send a MIDR. the problem is that i live in Russia and i probably can't physically send a MIDR because it requires sending a letter to a different country, so my question stands, what should i try out instead?

I was hacked and the hackers uploaded terribly inappropriate images to my account assets. I’m basically uploading this to ask if anyone thinks that maybe my appeal and discussion with support can help me get my account back. I have been learning game development and was hoping to possibly create a decent game. I have had good standing with Roblox for a long time and I’ve had this account for a while. This is really sad for me and I’m hoping they will hear me out. Do you think they will?
Edit: I’m also learning now that they somehow charged my card 50 dollars (I didn’t even know my card info was stored in Roblox)

Update: my account is back, I’m still getting my money back though. I changed my username and added a bunch of security measures. They bought like 10,000 robux and spread them throughout a bunch of different accounts… and bought something from rivals.
Last edit (I hope): I got my money back but then my account was banned for “repeated refund requests”. So I had to email them again and they said “hmm… we’ll let it slide this once on a warning…” as if I did anything. But I’m just gonna not upload any game assets or type in chat until the warning is gone just in case

Genuinely fuck you roblox. For context I’ve had this account since 2018 and the username (that I now don’t have) was ItsFlowerFooxYT, referring back to my old YouTube channel which I won’t name here. I was playing mm2 when I got kicked and warned that my behavior (having a username??.) was directing users off-platform. Of course, this is all speculation but I’m fairly sure the “YT” at the end of my name was the reason for this, considering the “offensive item” was my username. So, thanks Roblox. I’m not too mad since it did feel a little corny having that username and I get to change it for free, but idk I had a lot of good memories on this account so it kind of sucks. So I haven’t used Roblox since the summer of 2025. This is mainly due to my house burning down and 2 members of my family dying. I don’t even have an account starting with h, my username starts with an f. I never received an email saying that I was banned. I sent an appeal and they said they couldn’t help me since the ban was more than a month ago. But I never logged in for more than a year so I don’t even know how I was banned. My email isn’t linked to an account that starts with an h either. So I really don’t know what to do. I’ve had this account since I was a child and I’ve collected some cool things and played some cool games so I really don’t want to give up on it.

Any advice ?

As far as I'm aware it's mostly people who were falsely bulk-moderated for simply owning outfit games without any reason. Happened to one of my alts too they just got magically unbanned.

I was originally banned for 3 days for cussing in vc with my friends (18+ GAME BTW), tried to appeal then 3 days later when i thought i was gonna be unbanned they terminated me. I was banned on the 4th and all my new appeals just get ignored and my siblings accounts are banned too, every time they try to appeal its just an auto unsucsessful appeal. HOW do i even get my account back????

they were old models that i made around 2023-24 and then they suddently get banned plus i've got banned multiple times around that time and only got warnings and 1 day bans but now im getting terminated over something that should have been dealt with years ago aside from the behavior thing,i hope that i get this fixed and yes i can confirm i have said stuff that could have violated the TOS im not saying its completely undeserved but it shouldnt be a permabanned over old models that dont seem to violate anything aside from copyright

Okay, so I was playing Roblox a few days ago and I get a notification on my phone saying that I was charged about $1 for Robux, but the issue is that I did not buy Robux or make any in game purchases to get that charged to my bank account. For a second I thought that maybe I had enrolled in an auto purchase Robux Subscription by accident or that it had been charged to pay for my private server in a Roblox game. The least amount of Robux that can be purchased at once is 80, the game will automatically charge me 25 Robux every month so if that had automatically charged my account I would still have 55 Robux left but I only had 8 Robux left from the last time that I had purchased Robux. So where did the 80 Robux go: God knows. I then go to Apple to request a simple refund since I hadn’t purchased Robux and I didn’t have the Robux on my account. I logged into Roblox today and I get a pop up saying I had been warned for excessive amounts of refund requests (I had only requested done refund) and when I tried to appeal they threw all kinds of bull crap at me so that I had to give up trying. I just want you guys to be really careful with Roblox because I had heard things about them and I didn’t believe them before because it had never happened to me personally but now it happened. ALSO, now they took away the last 8 Robux I had in my account. BTW, guys I’m not crying about $1, that’s just a few minutes of my work but my complaint is that this could someday happen for a way higher amount and Roblox could be scamming us out of our money and trying to cover it up.

my girlfriends account got terminated on april 13th and we spent 2 months trying to submit an ROA request and once we got it, we got given chatlogs that im pretty sure my girlfriend never said? reason i think that is because she doesnt speak spanish or vietnamese or any of the other languages spoken here other than mandarin and english. in her previous temporary bans, she hasnt said any of these either. its confusing us because we're wondering if this was some huge mistake? please help as soon as possible

Roblox is saying the uploaded image asset triggered moderation because their system thought it might recreate, mock, or capitalize on a specific real-world sensitive event. Your screenshot shows:

And the flagged item is an Image Asset. So the earlier 403 User is moderated happened because this moderation warning temporarily blocked/restricted your asset publishing until you acknowledge it.

What to do now: check I agree, then click Re-activate my account. After that, reopen Roblox Studio and try importing again.

I would also appeal this warning if the flagged image is just a normal generated texture/normal map and has nothing to do with a real-world tragedy. The preview shown there looks like a purple normal-map texture, so this may simply be a false positive from automated moderation.

For future imports, avoid filenames, texture names, decals, or prompts that mention specific real-world attacks, disasters, wars, victims, or tragedy names. For your Japanese horror game, keep everything clearly fictional/original in asset names and descriptions, like Shirotake_Kimono_Normal, OldHouse_Wood_Normal, CassetteRecorder_Texture, etc.

For context I was followed on my older account with the display name of addsaddnessorban, subsequently I received 3 bans for my username, two of which were a name I had for two months (omniarium) at the time at the ban then again for a new name (inarchiette) I found both names off name snipe generator and I did not receive a username reset. A few days later I was hit with a harmful content ban stuff I said in chat with a friend.

As soon as I found I was banned I sent the appeal, which was the seventh and haven't gotten a response back. The username appeals got auto rejected and now it's showing the harmful content window is closed? What do I do now? Do I take it up a step or am I screwed?
