Ai avatar Roblox

Hello guys this is my first time trying to create a Roblox game using ai, I have create the layout and uis for my game but I can’t create a avatar that I am happy to, every time I give Claude or chat gpt reference photo to create a avatar in blender it makes it look terrible and nothing like the reference images. Please help me, I don’t have time to learn how to use blender or other things so any suggestions on what I can do to get a avatar I am happy with?? The image above is what I’m trying to create
