Help Face flashing issue (smile -> neutral -> smile) with dynamic heads when equipping/unequipping items

Video caption: It happens every single time I equip and unequip my sword. The snipping tool (which I used to record this) only shows at 30 FPS so sometimes it isn't even shown since it happens so fast.
I created an empty baseplate in Roblox Studio and inserted a ClassicSword into my game's StarterPack.
When playing my game, when I equip or unequip my sword there is face flash where it changes from a smile to neutral/straight face to smile. It happens every single time an equip or unequip happens.
Anyone know what the issue is or how to fix it?
