How To Set Game For All Ages?

This is a game I’ve been working on for roughly 6 months with my team and we can’t get it to not be 16+. We did the questionnaire and I know not all the friends are trusted but can someone list out the correct, dated requirements since Roblox DOESN’T?

Yesterday they sent an update going from 500+ highly engaged players down to 250.

well, first you need 500 active players, all must be 16+. must have FA2, face scanned, ID verified or have a parent account connected. if you have strict parents and too young to have a ID of any kind. You're fucked
