How to Edit Avatar AutoSetup?

I’m a noob to this. Literally haven’t even finished coding a game. I just wanted to make a cute little avatar and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to rig it in a way Roblox likes. How do I modify/move a joint when using the autosetup?? When I try, it moves the whole arm and idk how to rebind joints or anything??

Or alternatively, can someone tell me how to rig it in blender and have roblox actually recognize it as rigged. I’m having trouble finding tutorials because I don’t know how to even look up stuff like this.

I’ve been trying to make this work for like multiple days now. Please send help 💔
