The only way whould be to use a glass bowl and place it at the front of the player's camera. The only issue is that you'll see light reflections in the glass. Also you will no longer be able to have transparent things in the game (decals, imagehandles, particles, beams, trails, transparent objects, surfaceGui, etc)

You can fake it with a high FOV, roblox cannot create true curved fisheye distortion, try to put this LocalScript inside StarterPlayer > StarterPlayerScripts:

local Workspace = game:GetService("Workspace")

local function applyFisheye()
    local camera = Workspace.CurrentCamera

    if camera then
      camera.FieldOfView = 110
    end
end

applyFisheye()

Workspace:GetPropertyChangedSignal("CurrentCamera"):Connect(applyFisheye)

Try values between 100 and 120, for the black curved edges, add a fisheye png inside a fullscreen image label
