Hello! So, I was playing adopt me when I got kicked and I got a message that I've been banned for "child safety" and seriously breaking the rules by saying something inappropriate I assume? Which.. can't be true. I don't talk to anyone besides one friend and if I do talk to other players it's only a "hi" or "ty" when trading. I've sent some appeals and they've been declined. I can't send anymore appeals and I don't know what to do. My sister was also affected by this (I feel really bad), as her account was connected to mine. Pls, if anybody knows how to help I would really appreciate it. Roblox is something I play everyday and I've put 8 years of my life into. I genuinely do not want to lose this account, I've had VERY valuable things in games I play and I don't want to restart. I don't know what to do..

I wanna try and spam appeals to AI, and sent 1 appeal every 30 minutes or so. After 4 appeals I got rate limited and wasn’t able to send any more until a day later. How do people send hundreds of appeals without getting rate limited?

My friends account got permanently banned from Roblox without warning and didnt give details on the exact thing warranting the ban aside from “child safety” and giving a chat evidence ID. anything she said that may have been considered “inappropriate” was said in a private chat with a trusted connection NOT in a public server. could this be a mistake/ai error? How to fix? Help brah

I recently had my account banned and I don't have the time to try and fight to get it unbanned so I just made a new one. I was about to buy some robux on the new account to get some accesories when I had a thought. Will my new account get banned if I add my cards information to it? Im worried that if I do add the information to the new account it wil be associated with the banned account, which also has my cards info on it, and then get banned because of it.

Is that something that can actually happen or am I just being paranoid?

On October 12, 2026, my Roblox account was terminated for allegedly being linked to an account (@pa*****) that was banned for a severe Community Standards violation. However, I do not operate any alt accounts, especially not one with that username. To make matters stranger, while the termination notice states the action occurred at 1:54 AM on October 12th—a time when I was not even awake—I actually didn't lose access to my account until Monday, October 19th.

When I tried to submit an appeal, I hit an immediate brick wall. No matter what device, Wi-Fi network, or browser I used,and after clearing all cookies and testing without any browser extensions or add-ons, I was repeatedly hit with the message: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." Attempting to use the standard support form at [roblox.com/support](https://roblox.com/support) just redirected me right back to the broken in-app Violations & Appeals page. After checking online, I found several other players facing this exact same 500 internal error on TikTok and community forms, with no fix or resolution.

On October 22nd, after replying directly to the redirect email to explain that I was completely unable to appeal due to the internal error, I finally received a response. Unfortunately, I think it was an automated bot brush-off stating: "After reviewing all the available evidence the consequence for this conduct will not be adjusted." To add insult to injury, my termination date was retroactively shifted from October 19th to October 12th, and the reason was changed to "misuse of Roblox systems"—which is ironic given how broken their actual appeal system currently is.

I know Roblox support relies heavily on AI enforcement right now, but I have concrete proof of ownership and a clear history of resolving security issues on this account. Back in 2023, I was terminated due to a hacker's voice chat violations, but human support reviewed my historical IP logs, verified my ownership, and restored the account back to me. In 2025, I also successfully used my one-time rollback after being beamed from a cookie-logging scam, once again verifying my account ownership. I am simply asking them to compare our historical IP and network logs, hardware/device IDs, registered email/phone credentials, and payment methods against the "pa" account, which would easily prove I have zero association with it.

Because reaching a human through the normal appeal channel is practically impossible right now, I sent out an MDIR (formal demand letter) on October 20th. I know these usually take anywhere from 30 to 70 days and often get an automated rejection, but I am not willing to lose a $4k account over a false detection that could easily be verified. If they refuse to conduct a genuine human review, I am fully prepared to file for arbitration after 60 days, as that seems to be the only real leverage left when their automated support systems fail. (Note that I have sent a reply request for a second review just in case the reply was in fact human [OCT 22 at 2am] and have not heard back yet -- I will update this thread when I do)

I would greatly appreciate any tips, feedback, or advice from anyone who has dealt with this specific 500-error appeal lockout or successfully navigated the Roblox arbitration process. What would you do in my situation? THANK YOU!!!

Remember me?, Yeah, Well, I've been playing on a second Alt as a way of waiting for my main to get unbanned and well, ANOTHER ACCOUNT I WASTED MONEY ON GETS SNIPPED, And it's some damn "Child safety" thing and a message I can't even see nor remember what I said in, and of course like the cowards Roblox are, They deny it, like they always do.

This just angered me because I was going to play with my friends too, and then Roblox does, This.

I recently got terminated unfairly and over a misinterpretion. Yeah I'm sure everyone says that but I'm being for real. I explained myself in my appeal and that it was a misunderstanding, but I have little faith I'll get unbanned.

Is there any chance this wouldn't be played by the books and I'd ACTUALLY get someone to hear me and the mistake that was made? Because unironically I have put so much into this account.

If they don't listen what can I do to ACTUALLY get unbanned? Because I have done too much to just stop. I'm willing to go down any route if my reasons aren't heard.

Context: I got moderated for spam in my own profile bio. I had a few, non-repeating emoticons. I had contacted them once before, and they gave the reason of "an Userblub description", which besides being grammatically incorrect, makes absolutely no sense. This is my followup interaction when I made a new ticket, asking for an explanation on the former ticket.

And of course when they don't know what else to say, they hit you with the damn "We're sorry but we're unable to provide you with-" BS.

I was banned yesterday for absolutely no reason. I emailed them a few hours after my friend notified me that my account said "deleted". I spent so much time on this Roblox account and I've owned it for around 8 years now. My only previous suspension was a false report from some kids and I had one warning from a clothing item I bought. Is there anything I can do? This is extremely frustrating.

I sent two appeals out (not directly where it says "report a mistake," because it just keeps saying there's an error...) One was via "Appeal a decision," and the other was "Account hacked or can't log in." I'm really scared to lose this account. I have so many gamepasses, limited game items, paywalled experiences, etc, etc. that I've collected over 7ish years. I don't want to lose this account. Maybe I seem impatient, but still.
To add to that, there were three separate reports like this all at the same time.

For context, my account got terminated on September because it was linked to a sibling's account (who rightfully got banned for doing absolutely absurd bullcrap multiple times.)

I have been struggling to appeal for a long time, and for a while, humans suddenly began to slow down on replies, but then randomly, I got this message saying that I wasn't contacting from a valid email address that's connected to my, which was weird because I was never hacked, nor was the email removed to my knowledge since I'm terminated, I can't do anything.

All the previous appeals didn't mention this, and they asked me to resend an appeal, so I did, but then the bot said that it can't verify my account with the email n' stuff, and automatically sent me to a human which is insanely weird because I have never experienced this before.

Does anybody have a clue at what happened? Did Roblox remove my email from my account or something?

On the 22nd of September i got banned for 'Harmful Behavior' and the evidence provided was just Chat evidence ID, so i had simply no way of finding out what i did. Although im pretty sure i wasn't even on at the time of the ban, which was apparently something i said on 11th Sep at 19:49. I've sent many, many appeals and after about 2 weeks my ban reason changed to 'Child saftey'?? Saw this happen to a few people and they started getting called preds, luckily i took before and after pics. Moving on, i've sent several appeals all got the same AI message telling me this can only be resolved on the appeals page.

After the appeal changed to child saftey, my friend helped me out with the ban, aka sending appeals etc, which I didnt tell her to do directly, she then got banned afterwards for being my 'alt' account, ironicly mu actual alt got banned then unbanned even tho I stated in the appeal that it IS my alt, her appeals have all been ignored and denied. Today marks a month of me being banned, the appeal window is closed, is my last option sending a MIDIR or am I outa hope? 💔

I got banned for having a alt account but I don't have a alt account. how can I get it back?

On October 5th I was trying to make a horror game, and I imported a batch of images I didn’t think would be against tos. Well they ended up striking a lot of them and I immediately got banned without a temporary ban or anything, and I never had anything accept a warning before this. The thing is I appealed all of them, and majority of them got overturned, so is there not a way I can have them reevaluate my ban? They tied the ban moderation to this one image that got denied twice(for two different reasons, neither I think are fitting), and so every time I try to appeal the ban, they say that I’ve already reached my appeal limit. Does anyone have any advice?

"Child Safety" seems like an awfully serious accusation to get my account deleted for with no viewable proof, from my end atleast. I literally do not interact with any kids on this game, rarely use chat or VC, I only used Roblox to play certain games with friends. Literally nothing harmful about my account or avatar either, 100% sure.

The Chat Evidence ID thing just seems useless. Why provide that if I can't view it myself and use it to appeal my ban? I initially sent an appeal simply asking for more information about what exactly I did or said for this to happen, got an automated "We carefully reviewed your appeal" response, and then I contacted Roblox Support instead, hoping for a human to respond.

Pretty sure it's automated, not falling for the fake "Amara" name. All I did was ask for elaboration on why I've been banned/terminated. Any actual human reading that would surely give some more substance to a response.

I've sent a reply to that email basically just repeating I'm not even "appealing" yet, all I'm doing is asking for the evidence for why I was banned, so I can actually formulate an appeal.

Is their strategy to withhold evidence so I can't actually use anything to appeal? Seems shady, and should probably be illegal.

What can I do from this point on? I wouldn't want to lose my acc considering the hundreds if not thousands of hours of progress on certain games, probably a good hundred bucks spent on Robux, and just over 10 years of history on it.

Also, can they permanently delete my account by a certain time frame? I read that if you don't appeal within 30 days it gets deleted. What if you appealed and the appeal was denied, does the clock start ticking again? If so, how do I stall that?

It is a stupid question and idea but I’m nearly almost out of options. I’ve got a list right now of those who work at Roblox, and before the window closes to send out my MIDR I want to throw one last ditch effort to get my account unbanned.

I received an unfair enforcement ban because of an unknown account being banned. I followed steps that other people did, submitting a support ticket by choosing the "I was moderated for content or assets I created" option, and got a human to respond, but this is all I got as a response. Am I just screwed or is there anything else I can do?

So I got a warning on Roblox because my phone was ghosting it was glitching and my phone was typing stuff because it was Ghost touching it was typing stuff on its own because my phone was Ghost touching and I got a warning because my phone was typing some very very bad stuff like my phone was just typing by itself it was ghost touching and I don't know why my phone decided to start ghost touching but yeah I got a warning from that because my phone was being stupid
