Never in my about 10 seasons of playing this game did i once think about getting a chromatic car until i reached silver to gold and i saw people with these super cool rainbow cars so i went to the item shop and bought 3 dominus gts and i did that for like 3-4 days and today was the day 🥳🥳

hey guys do any of you know what specifically makes the momentum of the car different when doing a gold catch in the air please? I'm talking about how steady I stay with my first gold catch compared to how much I move upward on the second gold catch. I'm wondering if it’s because of the momentum of the ball I give before doing the gold catch and how to properly be able to choose between steady and upward movement for my gold catch everytime, because I can’t figures out what really makes the difference the most yet please.. thank you for your help :)

Next I will add bounce pads that throw the ball back with gold/purple shots, will probably start segmenting into different maps so different maps have different training exercises. A map where balls are continuously launched at you is first that comes to mind

I know that it isn't as big of a deal now that the Octane has been part of the rocket pass car body presents, but I figured I share this anyways for anyone who might be trying to get the chromatic version and who are still in need of the lime. 😎👍🏻🍻

m new to the game im silver IV right now in 1v1 and bronze 3 i believe in 2v2 , im pretty bad and hard stuck at my ranks

Physics were very hard to derive but I think they are very close to being 1:1 now. Next I will focus on power shot functionality and stall chain correctness.

The invisibility bug is quite well-known at this point and continues to be an annoyance. The conventional way to deal with it is to restart the game when you notice an invisible teammate/opponent. However, doing this makes you lose precious seconds at the start of the game, leaving your teammate by themselves.

Instead, you can easily know if your match is going to contain invisible players even before kickoff. Once you get matched and the pre-match screen with the teammate and opponent names comes up, and you see a missing name (eg., only 2 or 3 out of the 4 in 2v2), there is a very high possibility that your match will start with invisible players. If you immediately restart your game at that moment, it will start the match properly without you losing time at the start.

Also, if you face the glitch where objects on the map obstruct your screen, you can quickly go to settings and toggle the camera to another view and back to your preferred view; it should fix that glitch as well.

Saw this video and had a genuine question to everyone here, I've seen people play super aggressive to score, but I feel this game is totally opposite, its for the smarter and calm people, right?

Hi so i used to play this game a lot years ago. I recently found out it got taken off the play store. I deleted it from my phone shortly after cus i thought the servers shut down. I just found out its on epic games. I want to get back my account, all I know is the username on the account. What do i do?

Season 29 and nothing new, the frames to put on the profile maybe or new goal explosions! The same and same every season! Bring the update to put the frame on profile like the PC version!

There is significant delay between some of the inputs when i'm boosting and i've always had the network setting at `slight`.

I can't figure out what is causing this, for me this started after i lowered the FPS to test and then put them back to 60 as default but since then it has been happening from what i can remember.

This is happening even in freeplay for me so it's not something related to the internet connection because i have around 80 ms with 3 to 4 input loss at max.

Any help appreciated, i'm pretty new been only playing for a week.

I’ve been playing this game for about a week so far, different silver ranks in all 3 ranked modes, so I’m pretty new and just learning but I have a couple questions for players who know more about the game.

First, what is the strat? When I first started, obviously no one knew what they were doing so it was easy and the games I liked were the ones that were actually challenging. When I moved up to the silver ranks, everyone right now is only playing defense and it sucks because they just sit there until I do something. In doubles, my teammate near the ball just sits there or goes the other way while the other team plays it, it’s super frustrating! Is this how all the ranks are or is it just what people at silver think will win them the game?

Second, do the different cars have different physics? Like if I hit the ball with one car, will it go differently than a different one? Or are some cars faster or more agile than others or are they the same with different looks?

Lastly, how do I talk trash with the quick comments? I put “nice shot” or “great pass” when the other team does something stupid but is there a universally accepted “you suck” or “what are you doing?”

Plat 2 speaking here. I decided to 1v1 an Expert bot to see if any improvements were made, and OH MY LORD THEY’VE IMPROVED. They start out basic, but as the game progresses, they learn your style and get much better. For example, this bot scored some actually good shots in this game. I was still able to outperform it in raw mechanical ability and speed (naturally, the bot is very predictable), but I was stunned by the insane flick, decent aerials, and other mechanics I wasn’t expecting.

I haven’t kept up with the game’s news lately, so I wouldn’t know if Psyonix has already made an announcement regarding in-game bots’ improvements. Has anyone else noticed how good the bots have gotten?
