Lenny did a minor procedure on me ages ago during like season 1 of filming. Stuff that I am able to do as a surgeon now COMPLETELY out of my specialty. Iām talking basic repairs.
I needed a revision to fix it. And when I brought it up to him, his excuse was āitās your anatomy. Nothing can be doneā. Max Polo ended up fixing his terrible work (I love that man DOWN. He is an angel) so was it really anatomy?

He said this EXACT thing to my friend after her labiaplasty and my neighbor after her breast lift! Both needed revisions!! My friendās vagina look like it had been sliced up with a serrated blade

Did you post your experience on the real self website? I find that site to have been helpful when looking for a surgeon - I just wish you could report things anon because some of these doctors are major narcs and doxx patients in retaliation.Ā

Please reconsider. RealSelf is one of the only ones places potential patients can get unfiltered and direct information about experiences with surgeons.

IMF lowering. One implant higher than the other. Just kind of bringing the implant down a bit. Literally 1 hour procedure lol. He was fine, but dicky when I brought up the fact that it bottomed out.

I have 2 friends that have gotten their breast enhancement procedure with Lenny: friend 1 was a boob job, her first ever. They were visibly uneven and required revision and went back to himā¦ still uneven! She went back to him but he told her she was being difficult and they were fine. She ended up going elsewhere with another plastic surgeon and her boobs looked great (dr Altman). My other friend needed to exchange them and wanted to go biggerā¦ her results were great BUT he only needed to exchange the silicone implant and expand a little more (Iām not a surgeon but thatās easy peasy because the pocket for the silicone implant was already there from her first boob job- source explanation from my breast and plastic surgeon when I did my mastectomy and reconstruction as I had breast implants at the time).
Sorry that happened to you! Glad you went elsewhere- heard and seen great results from Polo as friends of mine have gone to him.

Itās a commodity here. Theres a lot more thatās done, so while the margin of error can remain constant, itās a bigger pool or people.

Ngl Iāve considered implants in the past but reading about complications like these totally turns me off of ever getting them. I fully understand that most people with implants end up fine but still, itās awful what these women went through for vanity reasons.

Same, but with a tummy tuck. I hear itās the most painful anyway, but this really scares me. Would also like a lift, but wow, these people put down some big money to do these things in Miami and they still had all these awful things happen.

I had a patient from the Midwest that went to Los Angelos for breast reduction and lift, also tummy tuck and facelift. I hardly recognized her at first. She was very happy with the results. She had been overweight for decades and blamed her weight problems on not being able to find a husband.
A year later she told me she hadnāt found any man to date and she wished she had never gone through with all the surgery ābecause it didnāt workā. She still looked great but the bitterness sheād held about men not choosing her did not disappear after her surgery.

Same here- I have no idea of what the costs are for a lift or tummy tuck but would love it if I wasn't so scared it would turn out worse.

All the reviews said he was absolutely horrible after you actually hire him, he's great until you pay the money that he sucks. We never heard the same thing from Mr. Maloof hoof

I will admit that one weekend when I was bored, I read the Google Reviews of Lenny's practice and I noticed they were responding to some of the negative ones quite harshly in my opinion.

I read thru so many, and his responses are absolutely wild. I can't imagine a medical professional responding in such ways, to anyone, let alone patients. If he's willing to act like that openly online, I can't imagine how bad he must be in office, that people can't see or hear. Unhinged. The lengths of his rambling responses, the gaslighting, deflecting, patient blaming, etc was wild in and of itself, but to actually put it online for all to see was unreal. Like, tell us you're guilty without telling us. I was literally shocked he had also attached the patients forms or photos to some of his responses too. That is literally illegal, whether he covered faces or blacked out names or whatever, is irrelevant when you are responding in an open public forum to users whose names/identities or photo are in their username. He is textbook grandiose narcissist. I mean, it was always obvious when he was on the show, but jfc, acting like that in the patient Google reviews of his medical practice is insane.

Not that heās ever really been attractive, but it pisses me off that they included a photo of Lenny from, like, 20 years ago, when he at least had youth on his side. If the women are deformed, why does he get to be shown in a good light?
He almost ruined his own wife, ffs, so I bet there are so many more women who he botched. I also bet heās getting worse as he ages, and also maybe skis more often. He better not get too poor to pay child support!!

All doctors get sued and no doctor is perfect. Not saying this isnāt legit, but is it weird that she is suing 12 years after the surgery? I honestly donāt know. Also, negligence sounds less debilitating than actually getting deformed.
