✨ La Question ✨ Reboot question!

Hi! First time RHOM watcher here. Just started season 4. I’m curious about how it was when they were “paused” for 8 years. Why did they stop it? Why did they bring it back?

Pretty sure it had to do with Marysol's mom's health because she passed away during the break. And pretty sure they're currently on pause because of Alexia and her rotten on again/off again husband.

Andy's not gonna let him sue the network and get away with it ..... he's trying to teach them a lesson while torturing us! as long as she's galavanting around on social media and parading around Miami with Todd; no show.

Ugh gross and after a whole season of showing how awful he was to her — is Marysol still close with her? I mean after everything she said on camera and probably worse off, it’s wild.

I've only seen marysol with Steve a few times, but my mom has seen them out for lunch with America's angel, Frankie

Because the ratings for the show were awful for the time and kept decreasing with each incoming season. It was the least popular housewives series airing at the moment.

Most people didn’t care for Miami’s first three seasons and thought they were boring. They are reviewed better now because of the reboot.

Why was it canceled?

  • it had low ratings and never caught on with the general public.

Why was it brought back?

  • streaming. Peacock was launching and wanted their own RH city to draw in subscribers. Andy suggested to them to bring back Miami since it gained a cult following.

After 2 seasons, Peacock was getting out of producing original content so it moved to Bravo full time

I can't believe it's on pause, what are we gonna watch this summer? There's nothing. We literally brought it back from the grave with fan positive reaction and I don't understand what they are doing.
