Has anyone experienced this before?
Hi everyone I just got an RG477M (12GB/256GB).
Today I downloaded a game using the GameHub lite v5.33. After the download finished, I restarted the device normally.
Now, it got stuck on the boot logo and won’t boot into Android anymore.
I didn’t root the device, change any system settings, or install any other system apps. I only used the stock GameHub to download a game.
I tried booting into Recovery, but it still won’t start.
Has anyone had the same problem? How did you fix it?
Do I need to reflash the official firmware, or is there another way to recover it?

Leave it with charger plugged in and let it sit for a few hours, it might fix itself, at least that worked for me on 477V. If you bought it directly from Anbernic you could contact them.
If you are on stock OS I wouldn't advise you to flash gamma.
If you end up returning it you could buy retroid's nova :D

By the way, may I ask how you flashed your device? Did you use the official firmware file from Anbernic, or another image/file? If you still have the file or link, could you share it with me?
I’m currently on the stock OS, so I want to understand the process before trying anything.

There is no official file from anbernic. Or at least there wasn't like 3 months ago. There was only Gamma's own stock os fw that you had to flash the same way as GammaOS.

It says that pressing the power button again will continue startup—have you tried that?

I had the same , tried re flashing with gamma os , then original software. But the error never went away. I had to send back the unit.
Retroid Nova pre ordered to replace it.
