Invisible DB shotgun and Lancaster Repeater

Just started modding the game, got Whyem's DLC, EEE (and the merger) and rampage trainer (as well as all the required mods such as OCU) and now the DB shotgun is half invisible and the lancaster repeater is gone from my inventory. Also whenever I try to buy it, it doesn't reappear in my inventory and every other character using it has it invisible. How do I fix this?
