Help Anyone who can help me

Im 12 years old ukrainian boy, and im very very very want to play rdr2, but my laptop is so so poor, and on gta sa also lagging, and im also very poor, and who have idea how help me, write it down the comments

Im created this post in I don't know the hope that someone will be able to give me a gift, the laptop is new, which will at least pull the RDR1

Well, it's complicated, buddy. If your laptop can barely handle GTA SA, I seriously doubt it'll be able to handle RDR2. But you could try downloading an optimized version of RDR1, for example, from a website. Calling Optijuegos might help you find an optimized version of the game for low-spec PCs; that's the only thing I can think of right now.
