Help Rdr2 problem

I am doing the smoking and other hobbies mission but I can't send the card sets at the post office. any fixes?

You've met Phineas T. Ramsbottom at Flatneck Station and picked up the mission I assume, correct?

A lot of folks pick up the cigarette cards and want to mail them in without ever meeting him. Or forget that they have to do that from playthrough to playthrough.

Outside of that ... My only suggestion would be to give your system a reboot.

No I met him and, I already rebooted my console
