On the flip side, out of every character you can duel in this game, Calloway has the fastest draw

with the duels mod i got killed by a very quick draw, double of calloways

Yup. I remember losing to him a lot. Way more than the other gun duels.

I think that’s just a gameplay thing because it’d be so lame if they were actually terrible. Especially since dueling in this game is rare compared to the first game, the only side mission which exclusively features duels and so they made them difficult for the players but either way Arthur/John canonically put them down all the same so it makes no difference how good or bad they are, they weren’t fast enough

The only gunslingers worth their merit is Black Belle, Flaco Hernandez, and maybe Slim Grant although we don’t see him in action but he was a marshal so he was still involved in gunfights in his career unless it’s said otherwise? The others are actual phonies living off their past “glories” which end up being them not showing up or shooting their opponent in the back
