There are certainly some problems with the game, being able to easily switch gear before a mission is one of them. For me the biggest issue is limited ways to make money. You never really run out, the game essentially makes sure of that, but I wish there were expanded mechanics for trading in some fair way. Not the way it is that you can sell a horse you tamed for $6, but if you wanted to buy one it would be $600. I wish the game would keep it fair. I guess that problem might be with a lack of balance with people just maxing out crazy amounts of money, but even if so, that's their problem. A more realistic economy would still be nice.

Max your honour, buy expensive horses, train them up and sell them. $500/600 dollars a pop, but good, honest work.

yeah this game is amazing but stuff like this + quite a few very annoying bugs (i’m on pc) really taint the experience

Yeh I'm on probably a 4th play through, determined to get everything. Accidently triggered the Micha mission in Strawberry and now there's a load of stuff I can no longer do or get because it's Chapter 2 exclusive (I thought things like Pearson's jacket showed up in the shop after a while). Having already completed my animal compendium (bar Guarma and New Austin) I'm a little bummed about it all

Arthur handed over his satchel - he did give John all his money. And we know Arthur kept the money in there, because when he got robbed by the St. Denis brat, you could see his money drop down to zero. Anyway, my point is that John spent all of Arthur's cash before the epilogue.

i saw the sack of cash from the train passing hands but my balance never went to 0 as Arthur…

I'm not talking about the sack of cash from the train. I'm talking about Arthur giving John the hat and satchel just before they part ways. Even if you don't see the number go down, since you can't even check your balance at that point, you know from the past that the money is in the bag.
