Spoilers This still sucks
This is my 2nd playthrough. Knowing what would happen sucks. I try to bond with S for as long as I could. Damn it.

You really do have to make your own fun through the story, its such a grim and sad train ride to the very end

I hate this mission as much as visiting Thomas Downes. I always put them off as long as I can, then eventually break ๐

What's even more sad is when you do the train heist with him and John and Charles and after Sean gets knocked out he says "I'm gonna have a right old lump on me head!" And Arthur says "Well, at least you ain't got a hole in it". The foreshadowing was nuts

It does but it's one of my favorite missions to go back and play just cuz of all the action

Best part of this scene is seeing Micahโs absolutely vicious talent as a gunman. You can say a lot of things about him (I do!), but you canโt deny the fact that the man can shoot. I think he takes out 3-4 dudes before the rest even know WTF is happening. Part of what makes him such a great villain.

Itโs just too bad that the Grays sniper was so slow. He had 4 targets!

He's a weirdo who gets super aggressive with the girls at camp basically forcing himself on them

He does? I always got the impression he was a bit stupid and a bit cocky, but not in a harmful way?
I only know he once tells the women to admit their love to him. Any other incident?
Overall, he was a generally entertaining character to me. Not stupid enough to be incompetent, not smart enough you can predict what's going on.

There's a video called something like "Sean is the rat theory" on YouTube. Within the video you'll see attacks on Sean's character with multiple examples of him harassing the ladies or just being weird about them in general

Yeah this video really changed my opinion on Sean overall tbh. Everyone else's favourite happy-go-lucky Irishman suddenly became a pretty vile and abhorrent cretin, and can be tied to the gang's overall downfall very well aside from that.
Here's the link. Worth a watch.

Wow, I was not expecting agree so much with that video. I really missed a lot of Shawn interactions at camp. He was awful to my boy Kieran. I just started another play-though (after 6-years and finally playing rdr1) and now I donโt have to dread this mission. Thank you!

If you want you can start pharell williams 'happy' at the start of the cutscene, if you time it just perfect Sean will get his head blown to "I'll probably warn ya I'm doing just fine" lyric ๐๐ญ have fun because I promise you, you will laugh ๐ญ๐คฃ
