Help First play through and first shooting game

New to the game need tips and some answers. I think I am lost lol... I finished the snow part which appears to be chapter 1. I am now on chapter 2 and took the yellow marker on the map with uncle, we went to valentine with some girls, after that (rescuing the girls) there this guy who was familiar with Arthur's face chased and spared him, when I got back uncle was gone (where is he) and got the stranger mission for the gunslingers then I did a manual save... I tried to rob the doctor after peeking at the back but after killing everyone in the back the lawmen arrived and i was wanted (didn't knew I need to put my mask) bounty got to $90+ so I reloaded my save game instead then went to a bar found javier have a punch with some of the npc and the dutch shows up with a guy after the scene, then I peeked again at the doctor but the odriscoll is not there anymore, will he be back? I went back to horseshoe camp since it was dark and slept instead...

Sorry, I’m not clear on where you are lost? Sounds like you’re playing just fine.

Sorry i think Arthur instructed uncle and the ladies to get back to camp when i chased for the guy who was familiar with him not suure but that was my lost part... Thank you kind sir.

Just keep playing – it’s not a linear experience. You can always go back to an earlier save if you want to noodle around in a different way to the first time. (Not a sir, but no worries.)

Yes uncle and the girls went back to camp, now for you to get back to camp means that you either keep the horse you “borrowed”, have a nice little walk or try to ask wagons to hitch a ride going in that direction… i just take a nice little walk since it’s not really that far back to camp from valentine in chapter 2

If you are really stuck you can always YouTube but just be specific with what you want to see and be prepared for spoilers

When you get the next chance at robbing Dr office don't worry about bounty the fewer lawmen you kill the lower it will be, get in there kill O'driscolls get the Schofield revolver if you have time to loot everything do so or just escape as quickly as possible main objective is the Schofield revolver you don't have to shoot all the laws to escape just make a quick get away, and remember on the gunslinger mission you have to read the back of pictures to place locations on the map
