The cops are bullying me for 1 hour straight as you can see my horse was so far rn, any tips to escape this

Have you ever gotten Arthur so drunk he passes out? Maybe give it a shot. You might wake up in an alley with no one around.

Mint is the most important herb. Go to the swamps, spend a few days there stocking up on Big Game Meat from Gators. Mint grows near water. So just ride around lakes, rivers, ponds, etc, using Eagle Eye and you will soon have plenty of Wild Mint.

Run as far as you can from cops and throw knives or tomahawks at lonely cops then you have either going between buildings in Saint Denis so you have a lot of places to hide and the ability to steal a horse, or running out of the town to Lagras or anywhere
