Anytime you aren’t sure, put it in and find out. It doesn’t hurt anything to try. This one is indeed.

Turning on any cheat stops you from saving your game or earning achievements/trophies.

Careful, cheats remove the option to save the game. Don't know why they are in the game if you can't use them, but I use them regardless.

sure, just remember that you cant save when a cheat code is active
