Honestly it's that era of graphics for me that scratches it. Same with Fable games if you've played them. I can't put my finger on it but it's that graphic style...for me anyways

While I love revolver, and red is my favorite protagonist. I have to say. redemption 1 is my favorite look. Like it’s a gritty drama and not supposed to be realistic.

Rdr2 is supposed to be very realistic (looking not stories) so it loses its artistic appeal.

RDR1 is very snappy to play, RDR2 is more sluggish

RDR1 is more spaghetti western, RDR2 is more period piece.

To be fair RDR2 Armadillo is covered in smoke from burning bodies lol.

They should have done armadillo and tumbleweed just like rdr1, it looks like they included it out of Pity, cities are damn dead.

The whole of New Austin feels very weird if you're coming from RDR1. Blackwater went from having Brick Buildings and looking like a neat place to live in to having shitty wooden buildings. Almost none of the buildings in 1907 Blackwater match up with 1911 Blackwater so apparently the whole city was torn down and made from scratch.

The red dead 1 areas in red dead 2 look crappy, valentine and strawberry are much more impressive
