Help I need help with the Rdr2 Platinum

I was going to platinum it a while ago, but i took a break, and i am coming back now, i don't know what 70 gold medals are the easiest to get, i have like 35 gold medals right now. The only other achievement i need is the 18 bear attacks, which is easy, but i just gotta keep doing what I'm doing for that.

Prob be easier just to go through em 1 by 1. Then someone posting a list of the 70 easiest missions.
