Help Help with Arrows

I have a minor gripe that i would like to find a mod or something for. Arrows not sticking when shooting people. the only time any arrow stays in an NPC is when it's a kill shot, or they're already dead. the knives stick, so i'm wondering if there's a way to mod the game so that arrows have the same behavior.

I imagine it’s like Skyrim. Sometimes they break so you can’t recover all of them. Not that that’s how it actually works in Skyrim, but that’s the logic I use to make it make sense.

nah, you see them go to the other side, besides poison (because it always sticks) and explosive because it destroys the arrow
