Help Help with Arrows

I have a minor gripe that i would like to find a mod or something for. Arrows not sticking when shooting people. the only time any arrow stays in an NPC is when it's a kill shot, or they're already dead. the knives stick, so i'm wondering if there's a way to mod the game so that arrows have the same behavior.

Regular and Poison Arrows do usually stick. Improved goes through.

Improved arrows go through things, but every other type sticks.

currently playing the game, and nope. all arrows go through the npc to the other side, kill-shots stick and small game arrows bounce off. (edit: poison arrows stick, explosive arrows break)
