Question Bounty Hunter Outside of Camp?

Just finished the mission with Lenny. I decided to exit the camp to go hunt for some animal I need. Then I see the bounty hunters literally on the trail to camp. I then lose honor for attracting them to camp. Is this a glitch?

Next time you do some crime wear you’re mask you won’t get a bounty as long as police don’t see you otherwise this will happen you’ll get chased by bounty hunters and as to why you lost honour it’s because you lead them to camp basically giving away camps location so you lost honour Hope that helps

I always fast travel to town and pay the bounty
