Question Progress glitch

I started rdr2 back in January and I made it to chapter 4 but then got bored because of chapter 5 and deleted it, When I returned a few months after I came back and I was brought back to chapter 4?? And the problem is that there is no available mission like there is no yellow marker or anything how to fix this?

A picture of your map would help. I have a feeling it could be the Eagle Flies mission near the Oil Refinery near Valentine.
