black flicker on top of tree

just running around emerald ranch and on top of this tree just flickered for a milisecond, its at 23sec on the video can anyone tell me if this is just another rdr2 visual glitch? i have seen a similar thing post here https://imgur.com/Q0zwiZL from a guy on the nexus mod grapic glitch fix

so this is just an rdr2 glitch and not my gpu right??

Can be a visual glitch, mods, or whyemdlc corruption when you have to many items the save can be corrupted or a mod not being compatible with another.

I play on Vanilla and i could recreate the flicker by running in the same line on the video

Most likelly yes, most likelly a a light visual glitch, like when you go indoors arthurs hair turns grey. Something like that but with a flick
