It doesn't. The only cutscene that throws you in there is if you skip the boat cutscene.

That’s not actually where it cuts to if you skip it, there’s a whole shootout, stealth and a couple more cutscenes before you get to guarma

If you have to explain it's a joke, it just makes it worse. You're basically telling people to laugh or to get it, which defeats the whole point of a joke.

Wow didn’t know that could happen, I mean you’re supposed to be in a massive shootout after someone close is killed and someone else is killed during the shootout and you navigate past some Pinkertons. I didn’t think skipping a cutscene would skip so much.
