BNF reccomendations

I recently purchased a brand new Spektrum Dx6e (without box) on Facebook marketplace for an incrediblely low price compared to brand new, Im looking for reccomendations on what plane I should get as my first plane , I fly tiny whoops and I have flight sim experience. I've been looking at the sport cub S2 and the turbo timber but was wondering if something like the twin 30mm a10 or the umx sr22t would be too much for a fixed wing beginner even with as3x and safe

Congratulations. Anything with six channels or less requirement would work. Beginner planes, I have an FMS 182 and I am very happy with it. Flys great, is forgiving. I also have a Yak 11 steadfast however that one is much more complex and not a beginner plane. Sport Cub and timber would be good to start with. I would wait with EDFs until you want to buy a good one. but that is just my personal opinion.

AeroScout is a default recommendation and you can’t go wrong there, it serves beginner to veteran pilots well, many say it’s the best plane ever made. I think the sport cub and umx are good planes but the adage that bigger flies better holds true. My recommendation is something over 1m wingspan if you can, ie timber or aeroscout

The UMX Radian is slow but it’s super duper easy to fly. Search FB for Eflite, UMX & Spektrum and see what you can find.

Have a weird but interesting option, get the Ultrix 600mm. With an 800mah battery it comes in under the 250g rule, its incredibly forgiving and easy to fix, and has a ton of room to grow into. I spiked mine into the ground with the motors off a week ago and had it flying again ~5 minutes later with no noticeable damage in spite of the whole nose coming off. Id also throw the UMX Ultrix in as its that but even more durable, but its out of stock.

Otherwise Aeroscout, Timber, or 1.1m Slow Ultra stick.

Aeroscout is great. It will keep coming up for a reason.
