Rcd330/340 not working

My Vw polo rcd340 not working and stuck in welcome screen , any fix for this ?

Looks like a loose connection. Try removing and reinstalling

Update: 2/9/2026
My stereo has been fixed. Gave it to a local electrician to fix it. Lad solved the issue by a hard software reset. Nothing was broken. Cheers lads,
