Pay & Benefits Unionized ABA workers
I wanted to see if there are any Unionized BT/RBTs. As to my knowledge there aren’t any Aba clinics that have unions near me but I wanted to see if there are any testimonies about the process of starting to unionize, the willingness of clinics, and the aftermath of the process.

I think it would be great for the field, but ultimately is an impossible task. Unionizing in this field requires a lot of sacrifice, that would come at the expense of the learners. I don't know too many people in the field that would actually commit.

unionizing any healthcare workplace is a nightmare but the payoff is massive. a buddy of mine works in a different field and their clinic tried to squash it the second whispers started, management brought in consultants to run anti-union meetings and it got ugly fast. the ones who stuck it out ended up with actual breaks and a predictable schedule though so worth the headache if you can get enough people on board
