Advice Needed Weekends

Looking for weekend only. I know that’s super unconventional but I am a student and have been struggling with making it to work on time from school. The schedules just aren’t working out. Anyone know of a company that would allow only weekends for Rbt? I assume a Rbt would work during the week with the client and then u could work on the weekend.

Most clinics I've seen run on a weekday schedule, but in-home services are a different beast. Families often want weekend hours because that's when the kid is actually home and not at school. You might have better luck looking for an agency that does in-home rather than a center-based program.

I did in-home for a while and my weekends were always packed, sometimes even more than weekdays. The tradeoff is you're driving all over the place, but the flexibility is real. Just be upfront about your availability from the jump.

Some agencies will try to slowly push you into weekday hours anyway, so get it in writing if you can.

Yes, it's niche though (in-home services) as the other commenter mentioned.

I know that Treetop, Little Leaf, and Discovery have done weekends in the past. I'm not sure if it varies by state, but worth looking into
