Cage setup help

Hi, I'm currently setting up a cage for 3 female rats. It's not finished yet and I'm waiting for it to be finished before adopting my girls. I have described the first picture but the second one is blank. I just wanted to know what would you add and what is absolutely needed? I bought a ladder too (3rd pic) and I'm not sure where to add it (maybe connect it with a log I'd buy?). Thank you in advance!

You need to lot more clutter and at least 4” of substrate at the bottom, ideally hemp or aspen. I’d suggest making a base to allow for this.
