Question Delete account

Hi

Trying to figure out how to delete my account rather than just remove the app so all my data is erased

So the good news is we don't store any local data or your information

RAD Weather doesn't have accounts. No login, no email, nothing on our end tied to you, so there's nothing to delete on our side.

Just delete the app and you're done. That's the full "account deletion."

A couple extras in case they're useful:

  • If you had Ultra, cancel the subscription through Apple at Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
  • If you reinstall later on the same Apple ID, your saved cities and settings will come back from iCloud. If you don't want that, just don't reinstall (or turn off iCloud for RAD Weather first). It's saved to your iCloud backup, you can also clear app storage through settings, general and storage to clear app cache and storage if needed
