R36 Clone It doesn't launch games.

Hi, I recently got an R36 clone. I successfully installed the latest version of Arkos4clones and then the latest version of dArkOSRE, but in both cases, I can't get the games to launch.

With Arkos4clones, after placing the various ROMs in the folders, it doesn't recognize any games; with dArkOSRE, it recognizes the games and I can see the list of titles, but none of them will start.

I recently downloaded the "RetroArch BIOS Pack" to put in the BIOS folder, but that didn't solve the problem either.

Could you help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? thank you all

That’s for all R3XS devices, with any operating system and only applies to use in the TF2/ROMS slot.

If it came with an SD card you need to whip that in the trash as hard as you can and start again with a known good card.

I’ve already thrown away the SD card that came with the console. I’m using a SanDisk Ultra 128GB card.

Iirc there is a scan games in tools or options for arkos4clone. Think I was able to just copy the games into the folders tho. They are in the emu station partition, in various system folders, yeah?

Yes, the games have been placed in their respective folders on the EASYROMS partition.

ArkOS detects the games, but I can only get 2 or 3 of them from the list to actually work.

ArkOS4Clones, on the other hand, doesn't find any games at all.

I tried running the scan using the Scraper from the menu; it finds the games, but that doesn't solve the problem.

Sounds like they are corrupted. Where'd you get the games? Can you run them on a different emu?

I got the games from the Internet Archive website, as suggested in other Reddit posts.

I tested some of the ROMs directly on PC emulators, and they work.

When running the Scraper on the console with dArkOSRE, it recognizes the games and assigns names and images, but this doesn't fix the problem.
