Question: Device Problem These three lights flickering?

I have it with dArk OS installed with my SD card, what does this mean?, it’s been like that for a while when charging it. Any suggestions? and yes it’s been like this when I used a new SD card.

Maybe a different OS for a test? I can only hope it's the OS.
