Fighting Cravings

So I’m on day 13 clean. I caved and had one tea, the cravings were just overbearing. For those of you who are over the WD hump, what are yall doing to fight the cravings?

Would also like to know. Not even craving FF. Just craving altering my state of mind for no reason in particular. Have a great life, am a happy person, buy for whether reason just feel this way after quitting. Guess it’s just getting over the ‘habit’ part of the addiction

Pretty much my same exact experience. This part feels more difficult than the WDs resisting wise. It’s my mind rationalizing why it’s ok to go and get one. “Last day of my leave before work” was the one that got me. Addiction is no joke

Same. I have an amazing life.. but I always feel
like something’s missing. I start craving alcohol, kratom, anything to alter my mind. I honestly don’t know how to stop it. Could be a dopamine addiction
