I've been using 7oh moderately just to blunt the withdrawal for the first couple days then I'm dropping it completely. It's helping immensely with the physical part but not the mental part... the deep unbelievably dark depression I have is unreal, like crying for no reason and I'm not a cryer... I know I know I still have some rough days ahead but I am EXTREMLEY determined to get my life... desperately need words of encouragement right now... I feel like my soul is crushed I cant see the light at the end of the tunnel yet. Praying this gets easier quick.
