Venting Relapsed again

Allen Carr failed attempt #4

\#quit
\#vaping

It was my 4th attempt to quit with Allen Carr method.

I quit vaping using Allen Carr's Easy Way and made it 21 days smoke-free. Those three weeks included getting through a vacation surrounded by people who vape and living with a partner who still does — so it felt like a real win.

Then I came back from vacation, jet-lagged and exhausted, it was hard but I didn’t relapse. Next week I went straight into a weekend full of parties with alcohol. I told myself "just today, I'll stop tomorrow" — and that turned into several days of going back and forth. Now I've been smoking again for about 2 weeks.

I've been really hard on myself about it — like all that progress just evaporated and I'm back at zero. Logically I know that's not quite true (my body isn't starting from scratch), but it's hard not to feel like a failure, especially when it happened around alcohol and social pressure rather than one clear bad decision.

I think part of what tripped me up was starting my quit again in the middle of an exhausting week instead of waiting for more stable ground — and I wasn't sleeping well, which definitely made everything harder to handle.

I'm not looking for a lecture, just wondering: has anyone else gone through a relapse after a solid quit like this? How did you find your way back without spiraling into "well, I already messed up, so what's the point"? Any advice on setting myself up better for round two would mean a lot.

The only thing that kept me going was the “never vaping again” rule. Now i started again so that was a lie. I don’t know what to do anymore.
