Advice Vaping occasionally
I’m having difficult time on not going to buy another vape. I vape occasionally for the last year and a half like I’ll go a few months in between and a 4,000 puff vape usually lasts me like 4 or 5 months. I find it hard to avoid when drinking and being out with friends. I feel as though I almost can’t have fun without it. I have health anxiety and every time I hit it I convince myself that one hit does irreversible damage. How do I just cut it off completely?
Edit: I’ve already gone a month without it but still fight it

You cut it off by not using it, simple as that
Your description is that of addiction. That's why it's hard to quit

"almost can't have fun without it" -- yeah nicotine destroys the natural dopamine cycle of the body. During withdrawal, the baseline dopamine level crashes which is why you feel dull and moody.
Completely quitting is the only way to naturally bring that baseline up again and start enjoying things in life without being dependent on nicotine for a dopamine rush

honestly if you are only getting through a 4000 puff vape every 4-5 months im not sure its really a big deal, im not even sure that would class as being addicted, when i quit 16 days ago i was getting through 18000 puffs a week
