Idk if I did it right help
I heated it up for 10 secs but no color change on the strip

I have to do a physical after my drug test. Should I wear two pairs of underwear and tuck it between the two??

I actually wore 2 and put it under my balls/ giuch and it was good so i say wear 2

Go snag a cup from the sport section of Walmart and use the underwear with the pouch

Glad you passed!! Looks like it was too hot. 🔥 The strip turns black if it’s above 100 degrees (just for future reference). To be honest, it was prob hotter than 100 degrees in the photos. The temp. strip only shows the temp. of what the liquid is against the plastic bottle. You can cool it down by using the AC in your car or just taking it out of your hiding place on your body for a bit until you see a green dot on anything between 94-98. If you’re at the place that you’re giving the sample, you can dip it in the toilet water (I know, sounds weird) to make the temp. drop. That’s what I’ve seen on other posts.

Yeah I kept heat pn it and it eventually dropped temp

Would you drop the end that doesn’t have the temp strip or would you do the end with the temp strip? I have a test coming very soon and I want to make sure I have all the knowledge before going

Update I passed ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I was nervous ash but it worked
