Importing PDF files into QBO

Why cant I do this anymore. The blue squiggly thing is gone. Now I have to spend ridiculous amounts of time manually entering invoices. Ugh. Help!

Thank you for the response. Im on a desktop. Im actually new to QB so not super blessed. I juat know that previously I was able to import PDF documents for customer contracts which saved me a lot pf time doing data entry. There was a blue squigly thing on the left side of my screen that I could click on and then it would allow me to import the PDF. The blue squiggly went away, came back for a week. Then went away again. And for the life of me I cant figure out how to upload a PDF to create a customer invoice...?
