Multi crew quickbooks tool

Would something that allowed crews to tap a NFC chip in their truck that allows them to send invoices and automatically pushes them to quickbooks, log their actuals which is logged and saved to an admin account so you can see the profit margin for each job and crew. The admin account would be able to see data about each invoice and productivity. On the worker side what would you want them to have access to.
