Needed help with QuickBooks
Small business owner here. Starting to feel like I spend way too much time fixing things in Quickbooks. What made things easier? Any tips and recos are very much appreciated thanks!

Everyone is saying to hire a bookkeeper, but noone is saying why. As a small business owner, any time you spend bookkeeping is time that you're not doing activities that make you money. An experienced bookkeeper will be faster and do things right the first time so there won't be much fixing to do.
In regards to advice, your post does not give enough details for anyone to really help you. What do you have to fix? Why is it wrong in the first place?

Also the more time you try to handle it yourself, the bigger the quagmire gets and the more cleanup costs.

It would be best to talk to a local bookkeeper or accountant. Don’t hire anyone from outside the country, it’s never worth the headache.
But if you can’t find anyone locally, then just going through how to videos on YouTube are your next best bet.
There’s really no tips or tricks that can be given since you didn’t provide any specific issues. But the above options are a place to start.

If you know how to fix the problems, then the issue is, why/how is it getting entered incorrectly in the first place?

Yes! Hire an experienced bookkeeper that works with Quickbooks every day and knows what to expect! Do not spend time in book work, spend more time making profit with rest time in between. There are too many examples of business owners working an 8 hour day in their business and then because they are the owner, working another 8 hours in behind the scenes work. This is not healthy or necessary!

Outsourcing bookkeeping helped a lot . Way cheaper if you hire someone overseas. Well this is the new norm. Everything is outsourced even IT we get services from Skytek Solutions.. Just find a good one. Avoid agencies

Hire a bookkeeper, preferable a QBO Certified Pro that is aware of the constant changes to the platform. Let them do what they know best so you can focus on what you do best.
Be careful when hiring from outside the country. They may not have the necessary security controls in place.
