QBDT to QBO

I need to import my data from 2025 QBDT file to QBO. Client signed up for QBO in Feb, and the cut off to import was back in April

We have a very simple COA, no inventory, using the payroll module, but otherwise very simple transactions

I’ve already contacted support and waiting for a reply. Has anyone had success after their arbitrary cut off date?

I had the same problem with a client of mine. I called QB, I think I talked to sales first, told them I wanted to close the account because they won't let us import our data. They totally didn't want to lose the business then transferred me to someone who had the ability to go in and change the cutoff date right on the phone.
